Today, I fixed the bug that was causing the checkout process to fail for customers who entered special characters in their address.
I modified the process_checkout function in Python to include an address validation step with a regular expression, to make sure only alphanumeric characters, spaces, and basic punctuation are allowed:

This solution has been tested and deployed to production.
While testing the latest internal release we uncovered 1 major bug and 3 minor issues we'd like to address before we send V2.3 out to beta testers.
